Requirements:
- Application and documents must be submitted on the webpage of LeFleur’s Bluff (MS) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated
- official transcript to The Links, Incorporated, LeFleur’s Bluff (MS) Chapter – HBCU Scholarship Committee, 454 Lee Street, Jackson, MS 39272
- Currently, an enrolled full-time sophomore or junior attending Jackson State University or Tougaloo College
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 or higher (mail official transcript)
- Two recommendation letters (from the institution and community)
- Submit proof of at least 20+ service hours
- Submit 500-word essay
- ALL information must be uploaded on the website; the official transcript is the only document to be mailed.
- Recipients will receive $1,000 each – Two (2) recipients from Jackson State University and two (2) recipients from Tougaloo College
- 2024-25 Recipients will be announced by March 2025

1. The completed scholarship application and all required information MUST be uploaded as ONE PDF Document to the SUBMIT link below.
2. Before submitting your application, name the file in the following format:

3. When prompted, enter your name and email address.
4. A confirmation email will be sent once the submission is complete.
The LeFleur’s Bluff (MS) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated has provided meaningful service projects to the Jackson Metropolitan area for more than 30 years. Chapter programs are supported by our annual chapter fundraiser, the Mardi Gras Ball.Funds raised are used to support activities in the following five areas: 1) Services to Youth, 2) The Arts, 3) Health and Human Services, 4) International Trends and Services, and 5) National Trends and Services. Donations from our corporate and educational partners and our chapter members provide immediate support to local schools, students, and others in our community.Since its inception, more than $275,000 has been awarded to Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The Links Scholarship awards vary from year to year, and award amounts are contingent upon the funding for the current year.
